Volunteering
La Boussole DownTown EastSide
We prepared food for Homeless people in Downtown Eastside at the French Organization La Boussole. Homeless people aren’t as scary as people think. Most of them have an unfortunate life, whether it is being influenced by the wrong person or losing the ability to make money. It is truly a blessing to help them.
Volunteering
Church
I went to Church to help clean up and mop the whole auditorium, cleaned the bathrooms, cleaned trash, and sanitized the kitchen. I felt alive when doing work that can build up our church community, the joy of realizing everyone who steps into this Church can enjoy the clean floor and clean environment I helped create.
Family
Making breakfast for my family.
I sometimes prepare breakfast for my family to show them love and help relieve my parents' stress. I also take care of vacuuming the house, mowing the lawns, and much more.
Personal Health
Physical and Mental Health
I've been cycling 5 miles every day for the past nine days. I can feel the calories burning and I'm thinking about how I can improve my body shape. This will not only enhance my overall well-being but also make me feel more valuable in some ways.
Spiritual Health
